Should we find any high priority actions then we can use our own staff to remedy them or appoint specialist contractors. We provide a written report of every property visit to help demonstrate the transparency of the service delivery.
You can register us as one of your nominated key holders with your Alarm Monitoring Company, so that the emergency services have our details and we can deal with any incidents on your behalf, whatever the time, day or night.
We only provide key holding services as part of our Holiday Property Management package, to the properties that we manage.
In addition to holding keys, we can provide Access Management services to allow such things as scheduled deliveries or warranty repairs.
This is an essential and necessary service when renting your property and we provide it 24/7. Should there be a question, problem, fault or a health and safety issue at your property; your guests can contact us direct so that we can resolve it.
If necessary, we will either visit the property using our knowledgeable property management staff and resolve the problem, or we will co-ordinate our team of specialist contractors, 24/7.
Our specialist contractors are a trusted, vetted and insured team of electricians, heating engineers, plumbers, glaziers, carpenters, locksmiths who work across all our properties.
