We provide a full carpet cleaning service, be it at the beginning or end of the holiday season, on a scheduled basis or to assist with one off requirements.
Changeover/Cleaning
- whatever the length of break the home will always be cleaned on the day of departure in readiness for your next break, visit for friends or any rental business you may acquire
- the home is deep cleaned
- laundry and linen is collected, laundered and returned in readiness for the next visit/booking
- all wet rooms, shower screens, tiles, baths, basins are dried and buffed
- all chrome or metallic surfaces are dried and polished
- the house is set up in readiness for the next arrival
Spring Clean
- We also offer a spring clean service, either at the beginning of the new letting season, or at the end to prepare the home for the off season.
- The spring clean is carried out to our detailed specification using our commercial steam cleaning equipment, floor scrubbers and other specialist equipment.
Our dedicated Housekeeper teams know what the discerning owner and guests required of a home or retreat. We pride ourselves in our training and support and all of our staff who are focused on paying attention to the detail required.
We carry out a changeover clean after each departure, which ensures that any property problems are identified early. On every changeover, your property is cleaned throughout to ensure that it is ready for the next visit and is as you would like it to be. Any specific requirements you may have are incorporated. Our aim is to ensure that the feeling of relaxation and “home” greets you as you enter.
Quality Assurance
We do not sub contract any of our housekeeping work and it is all done by our own trained and insured staff that are managed through a dedicated management structure. Once our Housekeepers have finished a changeover visit, their work is assessed by a member of our field management team to ensure that our exacting standards are met, on every single visit. It is only after this assessment is satisfied that the owner is notified that the property is ready.
